# HOTS — Hub of Online Time Stamps

> Create immutable, verifiable timestamps with QR codes and cryptographic proof-of-existence for documents, patents, ideas, and intellectual property.

HOTS (Hub of Online Time Stamps) is a web application that generates cryptographic timestamps for any digital content. Each stamp receives a unique SHA-256 hash, a millisecond-precision Epoch timestamp, and a virtual seal badge embeddable into documents or shared as a proof-of-existence certificate.

Users can create stamps as guests or registered accounts. Registered users get a dashboard with categories, saved stamps, access-control links, PDF stamping, and comment threads on shared stamps. A public search index lets anyone discover and verify published stamps by text, UUID, or SHA-256 hash.
